INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Assistant to the Case Coordinator
This intern assists our case coordinator by completing paper work, helping with special projects and research, preparing team agendas, attending team meetings and entering information into the coordinator’s database for Lincoln/Lancaster and other surrounding counties.
Assistant to the Interview Specialist
This intern assists our interview specialist by helping to complete the initial referral, observing forensic interviews, monitoring the audio and videotapes in the observation room and helping to catalog protocol examples for training. This intern will also provide summaries for the forensic interviews.
Qualifications and Requirements for Interns:
Interns must complete an application and background check with fingerprinting. They must also be enrolled in a 2-4 year college program and commit to 140-180 hours for at least one semester/quarter.
